Equine assisted programs offer the opportunity to experience the powerful and life-changing moment of true connection with self and others by working with horses one-on-one. Simply being with them can help slow us down, focus and become present and attuned to ourselves and our environment. They can help us access our intuition and rediscover our true self. Because horses only reflect what they authentically feel and not what the human is trying to project, they offer a non-judgmental environment and give instant feedback when working with them.
No previous horse experience is necessary or expected; activities do not always include horseback riding.
